Due to the demand of fellow musicians to make our Multi-touch Everywhere technology available, we are in the process of setting up a start-up company that will take care of bringing to the market the most promissing development realized within the future-instruments.net network. As part of this process, www.future-instruments.com has been created to give preliminary information about the first products planned to be released in Q4 2009.

New project with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) .
A new project in collaboration with the EPFL has been approved and will start in January 2009. This project, entitled INSIDE - Intuitive Sonic Interaction Design for Education and Entertainment, is linked to the European COST Action SID (Sonic Interaction Design) and will offer the possibility for children and adults without previous musical experience to create sounds, invent their own musical instruments and make music on a very intuitive and playful manner using interactive playing cards.

An experienced music software developer is sought to work on the iPercussion project. The task will consist in developing a software tool to design virtual control interfaces using a multi-touch surface as input controller.
